Add a sticky bottom bar embed

Use Sticky bottom bar when a form should stay available while the visitor scrolls without placing the full form inline or interrupting the page immediately.

Steps

1. Open Publish > Embed and choose Sticky bottom bar.
2. Select Show Code.
3. Choose the bar position: full width, bottom left, or bottom right.
4. Choose whether the CTA opens the form in a lightbox or a slide-in panel.
5. Set the bar text, CTA text, bar colors, and CTA colors.
6. Set the target width and panel side when the slide-in panel target is selected.
7. Choose whether visitors can close the bar, whether dismissal is remembered with a cookie, and whether the bar appears after a delay.
8. Copy the code to an approved staging page and test placement, close behavior, cookie behavior, target open/close behavior, mobile layout, and form completion.

Expected result

The sticky bar remains visible at the selected bottom position, opens the selected form target from the CTA, and respects dismissal and delay settings.
